FreeSection8 is a rental listing site focused on the Housing Choice Voucher (Section 8) program. Our goal is simple: make it easier for families with vouchers to find a home, and easier for landlords to find reliable tenants — without listing fees.
Who we serve
- Landlords list properties for free, advertise vacancies and browse Rental Wanted ads from tenants.
- Tenants search by ZIP code and state, request showings and post Rental Wanted ads.
- Housing agencies (approved accounts) use the Custom Housing Locator, Print List, Rent Comparables and Rent Reasonableness tools.
Listing is free. Landlords and tenants who want extra visibility can ask for a priority advertisement featured on the home page.
